The breakfast options left something to be desired, mainly lacking in quality coffee facilities and variety in food choices that meet the hotel’s overall standards. Being a small venue, it’s not always easy to get special requests handled, like having champagne ready for a night cap. we missed that chance. Also, the absence of staff at night, especially when issues arise, can be quite concerning—having no phone in the room makes it tricky to sort things out at odd hours.

Staying at this charming bed & breakfast gave me easy access to the stunning Avenue de Champagne and the beautiful park horticulture, perfect spots for leisurely walks while soaking in the local ambiance. the personalized breakfast was a delightful start to my explorations each day while the garden view room added a serene touch to my evenings.

The room, No1 Suite, featured beautiful decor, offering a fabulous view of Avenue de Champagne. Breakfast exceeded expectations, with fresh bread, pastries, and customized eggs. Optional champagne. Engaging staff made our stay delightful with personal touches. Despite the lack of concierge and room service, the charming atmosphere made us feel at home. A downside was the location requiring a hot walk into town, but the stunning terrace, delicious meals, and friendly service outweighed that.

le 25bis by leclerc briant bed & breakfast is a beautiful accommodation right on avenue de champagne, making it very convenient to visit pol roger, perrier jouet, and moët, all within a short walk. the staff was excellent, and having a tasting room onsite was a fantastic perk. the garden view from our double room added a lovely touch to our stay.

Had this amazing breakfast personalized just for us, fresh berries, and hot dishes like eggs and an excellent omelet prepared right there. Morgane went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us really feel at home.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but we felt it was worth it.

With only five rooms, the intimacy and charm were unparalleled. Each room is uniquely designed, with the common areas perfect for relaxation. The staff's attentiveness made the experience feel special, though the location requires a bit of walking into town.
